As 1 Peter 5:3 calls us to be &quot;examples to the flock&quot; we as pastors need to pastor our families (which involves significant time devoted to them) as part of our modeling for the flock which God has given to us.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;May the Lord grant you the wisdom to balance the heavy demands of the pastorate with the necessary work of shepherding your wee flock.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Blessings,&lt;br/&gt;Chris.</description>
