As 1 Peter 5:3 calls us to be "examples to the flock" we as pastors need to pastor our families (which involves significant time devoted to them) as part of our modeling for the flock which God has given to us.<br/><br/>May the Lord grant you the wisdom to balance the heavy demands of the pastorate with the necessary work of shepherding your wee flock.<br/><br/>Blessings,<br/>Chris.
