Dr. Greg Beale recently delivered a thoughtful lecture on inerrancy and John’s Apocalypse which can be heard here.Â Just in case you wondered whether the doctrine of inerrancy was superimposed on the text or whether it arises from a close and careful reading of the text, this lecture should help to answer your questions.Â Let’s just say that key to the discussion is the nature of the God who reveals himself.Â Is he faithful and true?Â The answer should be obvious…yes!
